Abstract

All around us, from large corporations to universities, from design consultancies to small businesses, we are all, as individuals and organizations, facing a massive cultural upheaval.It's no surprise that we're living in the midst of incredible change. As tempting as it is to race to embrace the new, maybe a closer examination of what to keep and what to get rid of will ultimately lead to real, more productive change.
