Abstract

In the article the author carried out reconstruction of an episode from life of P.P. Pertsov communicated by the most prominent figures of the Fin de siècle (Dmitry Merezhkovsky and Zinaida Gippius, Alexander Block, Valery Bryusov, Vasily Rozanov, Sergey Durylin etc.). The scientific value of this article consists in reproduction of an episode from life of Pyotr Pertsov based on the archive materials, which never before were not published that defined lack of references to any researches. Pyotr Pertsov’s biography in general reproduced by the academician Aleksandr Lavrov in the 4th volume of the Russian Writers dictionary, needs specifications and additions which in this case, become on the basis of a research Pyotr Pertsov’s epistolyary and his partial publication. All data on the research connected with Pyotr Pertsov’s biography are presented by the author of article in Notes and the List of references. The specifics of the article were defined by a biography genre, what the name of the article confirms. On the basis by Pyotr Pertsov’s letters to his wife, Mariya Pertsova, their retelling and the partial publication its travel across Germany and Austria from May to June, 1913, is reproduced. Atention is paid to Pyotr Pertsov’s attitude towards the wife, specifics of his perception of the European culture and the nature, reminiscence of the Russian literature. As conclusions as result of Pyotr Pertsov's trip, the list of articles, which are written and published by him under the impression of the trip is given. As the author of the article belives, a similar conclusion corresponds to a biography genre, reveals that during the trip, Pyotr Pertsov actively worked as a journalist.
