Blunt trauma to the globe can result in indirect scleral rupture with dislocation of crystalline lens into the subconjunctival or sub-tenon space and is known as phacocele. Here, we report a case of traumatic subconjunctival phacocele with history of blunt trauma to the globe 1 month back. The case presented with a mass in the inferonasal quadrant with no previous history of myopia, ocular surgery, or connective tissue disorder.
