Abstract

espanolLa violencia de genero constituye en la actualidad una lacra frente a la cual se deben adoptar medidas en diferentes ambitos de la vida de las personas afectadas. En este monografico se analizan estas medidas, en concreto, en el ambito laboral y desde el punto de vista de la negociacion colectiva y de lo legislado en otros paises vecinos como Italia y Francia. Todo ello para conocer en que medida se esta contribuyendo a la insercion y mantenimiento de estas mujeres en el mercado de trabajo, dedicando una especial atencion a las mujeres que presentan alguna vulnerabilidad anadida al hecho de ser victimas de violencia de genero, como es el caso de la edad, tener alguna disfuncionalidad o discapacidad, ser emigrantes no nacionales, o el entorno rural o urbano en el que viven EnglishGender-based violence is now a scourge against which action must be taken in different areas of the lives of those affected. This monograph analyses these measures, in particular in the field of labour and from the point of view of collective bargaining and what is legislated in other neighbouring countries such as Italy and France. All this to know the extent to which these women are contributing to the insertion and maintenance of these groups in the labour market, paying special attention to women who have some vulnerability added to being victims of gender-based violence, such as age, having some dysfunctionality or disability, their nationality, or the rural or urban environment in which they live
