Abstract
Background and Significance: Laparoscopic resection of OE remains the treatment of choice for patients seeking fertility. Multiple or large OE may adversely affect COH, egg quality and pregnancy outcomes in patients undergoing IVF-ET. In patients having multiple prior surgeries for severe pelvic endometriosis, additional surgeries prior to IVF-ET may add significant risks and cost.
