Abstract
自1997年Navarra[1]报道首例经脐腹腔镜胆囊切除术后,单孔腹腔镜手术在国内外相继开展,已成为现阶段最具可行性的无瘢痕(no scar)手术.采用Covidin autosuture系列腹腔镜器械,术中根据需要将其形成不同弯曲角度完成手术操作,应用较为方便[2],但专用器械价格昂贵.我院利用普通直形腹腔镜器械及设备,自2009年9月至2010年12月已施行了14例经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术.现总结如下。
