Abstract
Transumbilical breast augmentation (TUBA) was started in 1991 and reported in 1993. The author discusses the technique and complications. Complications with tumescent TUBA are rare. The Shumway TUBA technique and method has proven to be a safe, effective, and reproducible option for experienced surgeons who desire breast augmentation for their patients without breast scars
