Abstract

AbstractAdrenal myelolipomas are largely benign, non-functioning, and asymptomatic adrenal tumors found incidentally on imaging. These tumors have an extremely low incidence and are exceedingly rare. We report a case of trans-radial embolization of hemorrhagic adrenal myelolipoma.
