Abstract

This article deals with the problem of transport vulnerability of the population of Russia. The role of natural and public factors in formation of transport vulnerability is shown. Results of the analysis of emergency situations on example of the Tatarstan Republic are presented. Costs of transport vulnerability of the population for Russian regions are shown.
