Abstract

Calcium-deficient plants of subterranean clover (cv. Dwalganup) growinginnonradioactive water cultures were injected with either 45Ca or 65Zn into the lamina of leaves with normal or collapsed petioles respectively. The subsequent distribution of the isotopes in the plants was determined by means of radioautographs.
