To analyze the transmission characteristics of the proposed system, we designed a prototype modulator and demodulator, and measured their performance through laboratory experiments. Further, we also evaluated the proposed system via large-scale field trials under conditions similar to actual broadcast propagation environments. This paper presents the concept and specifications of the proposed system. The verification results of a computer simulation, and laboratory and large-scale field experiments are also described.</i>
