Abstract

This paper considered a one-compartment and conductance-based model of CA1 pyramidal neuron. The InterSpike Interval(ISI) bifurcation diagrams were employed to demonstrate the transition modes of different firing patterns. The numerical results show that period-doubling and period-adding bifurcation phenomenon are exist in pyramidal cells in CA1 region.
