Abstract
A therapeutic children’s group was run to facilitate secondary school transition for children with a diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorder or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. This was effective in promoting positive change in parental and child perceptions of transition and in developing skills to help support this change.
