Abstract

Brewster Kneen is an internationally recognized expert on the food system, and an extensive researcher and writer on biotechnology. Together with his wife Cathleen, he publishes The Ram's Horn, an award-winning international monthly magazine of food system analysis. This article is an update of Chapter 8 from Farmageddon.
