Abstract
There is a growing interest in transformer-less inverter (TLI) topologies day by day. Such topologies have the advantages of low cost, light weight, increased performance etc. But transformer removal reasons some technical complications in solar-grid-connected network. The key concern between these is the ongoing leakage. The present flow of leakage in the entire solar grid network faces complications. The entire circuit reactive- power-flow can also not be controlled. Here the main source of leakage current is the stray-capacitance (SC) between the solar module and the field. The development of traditional transformer-less topologies (TLT) will reduce all of these problems. This study presents a H6 TLI topology with control scheme and inverter topology with modified control scheme. The efficiency of the proposed model is compared to all topology without transformers. All the simulations are done in MATLAB.
