Abstract

Transformational Leadership (TL), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Crisis Management Practices (CMP) are vital to the success of any business operation, particularly in the Hospitality Sector. Therefore, the study aims to describe the hotel staff perceptions in TL, CSR, and CMP and determine the difference when grouped according to their demographic profiles. Furthermore, it also determines the interrelatedness between TL, CSR, and CMP. The study was conducted in Iloilo City, Philippines, whereby 385 employees from 3-star hotels responded to the survey questionnaire. The study revealed no significant difference between the hotel staff perceptions in TL, CSR, and CMP according to their demographic Profiles, except Age which significantly differs in Transformative Leadership perception. Finally, the study found no significant associations and causality between Transformative Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility toward Crisis Management Practices.
