Abstract

Centering humans within larger systems to design services, products, and experiences can help designers create solutions with a “human temperature,” business value, and social impact.Change is all around us and often impacts our lives in disruptive ways. What if designers, in addition to using human‐centered design, took a multidisciplinary approach to create systemic solutions to help solve the complex problems we face?
