Abstract

Stuart Campbell Aitken launched in 2014 The ethnopoetics of space and transformation: young people's engagement, activism and aesthetics, highlighting the poetic aesthetics of children's political actions and exploring the emotions that underpin them. The book compiles the research done by the author over almost thirty years and on four continents, however, it is not intended solely for academic purposes, but for all those who believe in the effective possibility of exercising citizenship for the transformation of their community through actions at the local level.
