Abstract

This article reproduces much of a recent report on transfer price manipulation prepared by the Law Reform Commission of Papua New Guinea, (Transfer Pricing Manipulation Report No 12, November 1981). It is considered appropriate to publish this material here, given the clarity of the report and the importance of this abuse on the economies of countries, particularly in the developing world.
