Abstract

Advanced maternal age (AMA) is a primary cause of human infertility and is the most significant risk factor for embryo chromosome aneuploidy that characteristically results in failed implantation or miscarriage. The objective of this study was to evaluate a method that could improve live birth rates for infertile AMA women involving blastocyst comprehensive chromosome screening (CCS) with a subsequent frozen embryo transfer (FET).
