Abstract
The use of covered stents in interventional paediatric cardiology is becoming more established [1–3]. These stents are predominantly used in the treatment of coarctation of the aorta and in exclusion of aneurysms in various anatomical locations. We report the successful transcatheter closure of a total cavopulmonary connection lateral tunnel dehiscence and fenestration with a custom-made, selfexpanding stent graft.
