Trans-olecranial fracture-dislocations are a rare entity of elbow fracture-luxations in children and the literature is poor in recommendations for their management. It is a complex lesion that can compromise the functional prognosis of the elbow[7]. It is characterized by a dislocation of the humero-ulnar joint associated with a fracture of the olecranon without dissociation of the two bones of the forearm. We report an observation with a lesion that is rarely described in the literature.
