A questionnaire was used to collect data that included (39) items distributed in four domains: environmental analysis, strategy implementation, strategy formulation, assessment and monitoring. The results showed that the degree of training needs for secondary school principals in Jordan was moderate. It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥α) attributable to the gender variable or the academic qualification, while, there were differences attributable to the impact of experience on all domains in favor of experience for less than (10) years, and the presence of differences attributable to the impact of the region in all domains and in favor of the northern region.
