Abstract

Introduction. Maintaining and preserving mental health of the individual is an important problem during the war. The analysis of creative potential as a factor in mental health of educational personnel and the development of appropriate technologies to develop it in war conditions, although being a relevant issue, is little researched in Ukrainian psychology. Aim: to develop the structure and content of training in the development of educational organization staff's creative potential as a determinant of their mental health and well-being in the conditions of war and post-war recovery. Methods. Psychoeducation and active socio-psychological influence methods. Results. The "Training course in the development of educational organization staff's creative potential as a determinant of their mental health and well-being in the conditions of war and post-war recovery" was developed. It included three training sessions: 1) "The concept of creative potential of the staff of educational organizations"; 2) "Organizational and psychological factors in the development of creative potential of staff of educational organizations in the conditions of war and post-war recovery"; 3) "The role of creative potential in promoting mental health and well-being of staff of educational organizations in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction." Each training session included informational, diagnostic, and developmental components. The content and structure of the training, which was 16 hours-long and consisted of an introduction, three training sessions of 4 hours each, and the final part, was developed. Each training session included a variety of interactive techniques (mini-lectures, brainstorming, work in pairs and mini-groups, creative tasks, games, psychological games, psychological workshops, etc.). Conclusions. The training showed its effectiveness and can be recommended to psychologists for use with the staff of educational organizations.
