Abstract

Objective To construct a training evaluation system for nurses specialized in cardiovascular disease with Kirkpatrick Model as theoretical reference. Methods From January 2015 to March 2016, by purposive sampling method, a total of 40 experts were selected, including 10 educational experts from Harbin Medical University, 20 nursing experts specialized in cardiovascular disease and 7 management experts from Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals, and 3 management experts from health administrative departments. A training evaluation system for nurses specialized in cancer was constructed by a two-round letter-inquiry to all the experts, with documentation method and Delphi method. Results Authority coefficient of experts was 0.89, and it was found after the test that Kendall's W of all indexes were statistically significant (P<0.01) . After the two-round letter-inquiry, it was decided the training evaluation system for nurses specialized in cardiovascular disease included 4 first-level indicators, 15 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators. Conclusions High motivation coefficient and authority of the experts ensure the reliable results, which can provide reference for training and evaluation to nurses specialized in cardiovascular disease.
