Abstract

Oyster mushroom cultivation is one solution in improving the community's economy, in mushroom cultivation it is necessary to pay attention to various things that support the success of its production. The success of the production of seeds and baglog of oyster mushrooms is an indicator of feasibility in this business. Success in the production can be observed from the amount of production that is quite a lot by minimizing the risk of failure. The parameters of the feasibility or success of the business require a cost analysis that is appropriate and appropriate to the conditions and needs. One of the farmer groups that carry out this mushroom cultivation business is the independent double group Sukamanah village, Ciamis district. The purpose of this community service is to increase understanding and skills in mushroom cultivation and determine the feasibility of oyster mushroom cultivation from independent dual farmer groups. The method used is the interview method and direct observation of the business activities carried out. The results of the counseling and training of this group experienced an increase in skills, especially in making seeds. This farmer group can produce as many as 7200 baglogs within 4 weeks. The result of the analysis of the R/C ratio is 2.51 . The results of the cost analysis can be used as an indicator of the feasibility of a business, and the oyster mushroom cultivation business carried out at Ganda Mandiri is said to be feasible and profitable.
