Abstract

To give the efficient and feasible timetable when emergencies affect the train operation, train rescheduling on single-track railway line is studied. The generalized delay punishment cost and the timetable stability are taken into consideration when the objective is designed. They are firstly turned into general indicessatisfactory degrees and combined by the weights set to them to form a unique objective, using partitioned fuzzy membership function. And the constraints are listed for train rescheduling on single-track railway line, including interval time in block sections and at stations, earliest outbound time of passenger trains at stations, tracks number, assignment constraint, etc. The model is a new one, combining the delay time punishment and the timetable stability. It is an importance reference for the dispatchers.
