Abstract

When it comes to board member fundraising efforts, one of the most effective tools at their disposal is storytelling—the art of imparting information in a way that connects emotionally with the audience (in this case, potential donors) and spurs them to action. But even though nearly all board members have at least one compelling story to tell, many don't know how best to articulate it, leaving their fundraising results lagging.
