TRADITIONAL INSTRUMENTS FOR PRIMARY PROCESSING OF CEREALS IN THE STOCK COLLECTION OF TRANSCARPATHIAN MUSEUM OF FALK ARCHITECTURE AND LIFE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the characterization of traditional tools for processing grain. The article on the example of fund collection Transcarpathian museum of folk architecture and life, the existing literature conducted a comprehensive analysis of tools and special machinery, moving through the muscular strength rights or wind power: oil mills, millstones and others. Special attention the author pays for materials, shape, size, design features and functionality of tools. Beside general provides a large number of local dialect names of individual products and their components.
