Traditional beliefs of khalh people of Olhonuud three hoshuu in Zasagt khan aimag

Abstract

According to historical sources, Erdene zasag, Baatar zasag and Uizen zasag’ s hoshuud of Zasagt Khan aimag were written as the three Olhonuud hoshuu in Zasagt Khan aimag. In three hoshuud of Olkhonuud include Darvi and Chandmani of Khovd aimag, Khukhmorit, Bayan-uul and Jargalan sums of Gobi-Altai province. The research article aims to study the traditional beliefs of Khalkh people of Olhonuud three hoshuu in Zasagt khan aimag. In the traditional thinking of the Khalkh people of the Olkhonuud three hoshuu, traces of ancient worship and shamanism such as animism, smagy, and totemism have been handed down to a large extent.
