Abstract

In distributed radar network, most signal fusion detection methods consider target detection problem without the knowledge of target motion status. However, once a target has been tracked, the target track information can be used to facilitate target detection. In this paper, we study how to use target track information for a better signal fusion detection performance. With this concept, we propose a threshold adjustment criterion that would decrease detection thresholds in target's predicted region under a prescribed track termination probability. Numerical results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
