Abstract

In this article we investigate traces of Besov and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces of positive smoothness – sometimes briefly denoted as Band F-spaces in the sequel. Besov spaces have been studied for many decades already, resulting, for instance, from the study of partial differential equations, interpolation theory, approximation theory, harmonic analysis.
