Abstract
AbstractFor almost 50 years, trabeculectomy has been considered the ‘gold standard’ procedure in the surgical management of the Glaucoma patient. The operation undoubtedly works well in many surgeons' hands, and over the last 20 years small changes in surgical technique have improved the safety profile of guarded sclerostomy. This presentation will cover basic and more advanced techniques, with tips and pearls to augment success rates.
