Abstract
本研究分別將丁苯橡膠(SBR)及丁二烯橡膠(BR)混摻於熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(TPU),製備成熱塑性硫化彈性體,簡稱TPUSBR及TPUBR,並探討其在不同混摻比例下之硫化行為、相容性、耐熱性、機械性質、耐磨性及發泡形態。實驗分析結果顯示,塑譜儀混練程序中,其平衡扭力值受橡膠交聯度所影響,其交聯度越高扭力值越大,與TPU共混時,橡膠混摻比例須控制於60%以內以避免產生裂化狀況。動態機械性質分析方面,TPU與SBR混摻出現單一阻尼特性峰,表示其相容性佳。TPU/BR方面,其顯示有兩個特性峰,且隨著橡膠比例不同而有位移之情形,說明TPU與BR為不相容體系但存在分子間相互作用力。耐熱性質方面,TPU隨著橡膠比例之增加,熱裂解溫度也隨之上升。機械性質方面,TPU之抗拉強度與延伸率隨著橡膠混摻比例之增加而降低。耐磨性方面,TPU隨著橡膠之混摻明顯提升耐磨耗性。發泡性質方面,TPU/SBR與TPU/BR皆可順利進行發泡,且發泡孔徑隨著橡膠比例增加而有細緻化之現象。
