Abstract
Non-technical people in government and industry often need to know, understand, and apply toxicology information. The complexity of this information has impeded its utilization in the workplace. Existing information systems such as bibliographic databases, scientific journals, educational and other texts are directed primarily at the toxicologist or occupational health professional and not to the workforce which may have little or no scientific background.
