Abstract
Globeliation has not only carried the negatives of climate change and energy shortages but also the positives of political stability and democracy. Now, what about this positive promise? Defining democracy as popular participation + rule of law, we can employ the large study of World Justice Project to reveal that well-ordered1 countries are in minority.
