Abstract
The objective of this study is to explore and analyze the application of the Exponential TODIM method (ExpTODIM), by taking into consideration the proposition made by Petrobras to the Brazilian National Agency for Petroleum, about the decommissioning of the Marlim and Voador production fields. The exploration takes into consideration different perspectives based on the different perspective of the Proponent institution, as well as on that of the Regulator. The application of the ExpTODIM approach increased robustness by different preference structures created with a choice between alternatives and adopting a sensitivity analysis through variations in the decision significance level.
