Abstract

We present a formalism for the specification of agents within a multi-agent system in which we characterize agents through a layered architecture with bridge rules between formal theories, and multi-agent systems through dialogical frameworks. Concurrent Descriptive Dynamic Logic (an extension of Peleg's Concurrent Dynamic Logic) is introduced as the specification language to account for the computational interpretation of such multi-agent systems. We illustrate our proposal through the description and implementation of a multi-agent environment: the downward-bidding fish market.KeywordsMultiagent SystemInference RuleAgent TheoryAtomic FormulaDynamic LogicThese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
