Abstract

The time has come for the current means of resolving international commercial disputes to be modernized and for an a-national approach, comparable to that of International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), to be adopted. This article proposes the creation of a truly international court of arbitration, established through a multilateral convention, to usher in a new age of international commercial dispute resolution.
