Abstract

The research aimed to design a proposed conception from the perspective of the method of community organization for the role of social support programs in treating social, health, and psychological problems for children who are physically abused by their parents. The study used the descriptive approach to describe the nature of these problems, then a comparison was made between these problems, and the differences between them were calculated. The data was collected from a targeted sample of 120 children, and they are a representative sample of children (boys and girls) who represent the sample that fulfilled the conditions of the intended sample for the current study. The study reached several important results, most notably that the social problems faced by children who are physically abused by their parents were at a rate of 78.55%, and that the health problems that children were exposed to physically abused by their parents were at a rate of 80.19%, and that the psychological problems that children exposed to physical abuse by their parents were 74.51%, In light of these results, it became clear that children need their social support to overcome these problems by clarifying the stages of professional intervention for the social support program for them in terms of the stages (Connection - Frist Estimation - Planning - Execution - Second Estimation - Finishing - Final Tracking).
