abstractIt would be an understatement to say that the developed and developing worlds disagree over the concept of the New World Information Order (NWIO). Discussions are deadlocked everytime the issue is raised, and this is due more to the often conflicting concepts each party has of the new ideal order. Ikechukwu E Nwosu feels that neither side is being realistic. He tries here to reconcile the conflict by suggesting an achievement continuum for the NWIO.
