Abstract
Tourism planning is considered necessary in the process of economic development, through which countries, especially developing countries, can face competition in the international tourism market. Therefore, tourism development planning is part of the economic and social development plan, which requires concerted efforts, especially government departments, to set a plan for tourism development. .
 We did this research to find out the importance of tourism planning in the resurrection of economic development and the strategy adopted by the Algerian state was the horizon of 2025, through which a number of measures were put in place, on top of which are fiscal and financial incentives and providing facilities regarding the tourism property to exit the tourism sector and qualify it to become a competitor in the international market, And a substitute for other sectors
