Abstract

Background: ALS is a neurodegenerative disease that affects primary and secondary motor neurons. Usually ocular movement is spared. However, subsets of ALS cases showed involvement of ocular movement followed by totally locked-in state( TLS) in which patients are unable to communicate with any communication devices.
