Abstract
Summary: Many techniques and instruments have been developed for performing arthroscopic repair with sutures. The technique for performing and completing arthroscopic knots are essentially extra-articular. Catching soft tissue, breakage, and damage of the suture and tightening inside the cannula are the essential problems with the extracorporeal knots. We describe an arthroscopic technique for making knots totally intracorporally based in the creation of intra-articular loops that can help the surgeon in repairs of different structures.0749-8063/99/1501-1755$3.00/0
