Abstract

The main goal of this descriptive study is to examine the contemporary High-Performance Manufacturing (HPM) Energy Fit Trends that are triggered by the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, manifest along the different manufacturing scenarios. The data presented on this study, was gathered from various sources, mainly from the Industrial Maintenance & Plant Operation anual report, as well as from the US Energy Informatión Administratión (EIA).
 This analysis explores several theoretical and managerial implications of the TPM practices and their direct articulation with Energy Fit Plant Maintenance Protocols.
