Abstract
Total current Spectroscopy (TCS) investigations of vapour deposited Ag, Sn, and AgxSn1−x alloy layers are carried out. An interpretation of the observed features, particularly the shift of peaks ascribed to plasmon excitations for the investigated alloys, is proposed. Es werden Untersuchungen der Gesamtstromspektroskopie (TCS) an aus der Dampfphase abgeschiedenen Ag-, Sn- und AgxSn1−x−Legierungsschichten durchgefuhrt. Es wird eine Erklarung der beobachteten Einzelheiten, insbesondere die Verschiebung der Maxima,die den Plasmonenanre-gungen zugeschrieben werden, vorgeschlagen.
