Abstract

Measurements were made on the velocity dependence of total scattering cross sections for interactions of hydrogen atoms, helium, and hydrogen molecules with hydrogen and helium. The results show almost no velocity dependence; the greatest slope ia less than half that predicted by the Massey-Mohr equation.
