Abstract

Objectives: Total arterial revascularisation (TAR) can be achieved with the left internal thoracic artery (LITA) and radial artery (RA) only, if composite T-grafts are used. Because of the single inflow there is still a debate about long term patency and graft failure. We report on the first 134 patients in our institution having a follow up of more than 10 years.
