Abstract

In this paper, torque control of position sensorless induction motor based on adaptive feedback linearization is proposed while core loss and also rotor and stator resistances mismatch are taken into account. First, we analyze stability of a sensorless induction motor drive based on adaptive feedback linearization control, considering mismatch in both rotor and stator resistances, but the core loss is neglected. In the next step, the iron loss effect is compensated through a virtual circuit. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated by simulation results.
