Abstract

The procurement and transportation plan of raw materials in the operation of the production enterprise affects the production efficiency of the enterprise and plays an important role in the development of the enterprise. In this paper, a model is established to analyze and solve related problems, and the specific methods are as follows. First, analyze the existing data to determine the supplier’s supply credit, supply capacity, repurchase rate, and supply stability four indicators, and use the arithmetic average method, geometric average method, and eigenvalue method in the AHP to find out Four indicator weights. Substitute the required average weight into the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model, calculate the comprehensive score of supplier importance and sort, and determine the top 50 suppliers in importance. Secondly, for the problem of minimizing the number of suppliers, this paper establishes an objective programming model, taking the minimum difference between the actual production capacity and the upper limit of the production capacity as the objective function, and using MATLAB to solve the required quantity of each type of raw material. Use C language to program the optimal solution algorithm to match the order with a larger order quantity to a forwarder with a lower average loss rate, and form a forwarding plan with the smallest loss. Quantitative analysis of the implementation effect of the proposed scheme to prove the feasibility and optimality of the scheme.
